1. Services Provided

LetsVideo.in is a video search platform that also creates and provides the following services to business owners and users:

• Creation of promotional and informational videos
• Publication of informational video content and articles
• Paid business advertisement & promotional services
• Paid business consulting services

All services and pricing are subject to change at our discretion.

2. Eligibility to Use

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or using the Website under parental supervision
• You have the legal authority to agree to these Terms
• All information provided by you is accurate and lawful

3. Payment Terms

Businesses purchasing paid promotional, advertisement, or consulting services must agree to the following:

• Payments must be made in full before service delivery
• We accept payments via Razorpay/Cheque, or other approved payment methods
• Services are billed as yearly subscriptions with recurring payments, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Customized pricing may apply based on negotiation or agreement

4. Refund Policy

We operate on a strict no-refund policy, except under the following exceptional circumstances. Refunds may be considered only if:

• The service was not delivered as agreed
• The service delivered is defective, misleading, or significantly different from what was promised
• The customer cancels within a specified cancellation period defined in a signed agreement (if applicable)

Refund decisions are at the discretion of MNT Group and require written approval.

5. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

• All videos, articles, graphics, scripts, and digital content created by LetsVideo.in are the exclusive property of MNT Group.
• No individual or business is permitted to copy, distribute, sell, or reuse our content without prior written permission.
• Users may share links to publicly available content strictly for informational purposes.

Unauthorized use will result in legal action.

6. Advertiser Expectations

• We do not guarantee traffic, leads, sales, or business growth.
• Advertising performance may vary based on market conditions, competition, and user interest.
• Businesses agree that results are subjective and cannot be measured solely by clicks, views, or leads.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetsVideo.in and MNT Group are not liable for:

• Lack of business results or return on investment from ads or promotional services
• Website downtime, technical errors, temporary unavailability, or data loss
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Users and businesses agree to use our Website and services at their own risk.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services including, but not limited to:

• Razorpay (payment gateway)
• SendFox (email marketing)
• Hosting providers
• Tracking and analytics tools

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their failures, charges, or activities. Users must review third-party terms separately.

9. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, or copyrighted materials

Violation may result in account termination without refund.

No refunds apply in such cases.
